Before you get started

Let's make sure you've got everything you need to complete the change-out:

Do you have a replacement collection container?

Do you already have a login and credentials for our customer portal - My Solutions Center?

It's easy to create your own and as many people can have logins as your site allows.  

Step 2: Change out your used container

• DO NOT turn the vacuum system off during the replacement procedure. 
• Watch this 2-minute video for a demonstration of the change-out. 
• Save all the packing materials that came with your new collection container; you'll need them to recycle the dirty container.
  
  

Step 4: Ship your container for recycling

• Remove the backing from the packing slip envelope and affix it to the box.
• Schedule a UPS pickup or drop the package off at the nearest UPS location as soon as possible.

Congrats! You're Done.
